SysSetPWMOut - FB management PWM management

This function block performs the circuit management PWM hardware present on some CPU modules⁽¹⁾ and/or I/O PCB124*010⁽²⁾, not to be confused with FB PWMOut, PWM output management which instead makes a software PWM, much less frequency-performing, but which can be used with any digital output.

Activation key allows the addition of management of 3 PWM Out on the PCB124*010 I/O module (1 PWM is freely manageable without activation key).
Activation key is not required to use the PWM Out on the CPUs.
