Delivery time and return
Orders placed by 11 am through the ecommerce website are normally delivered by express courier within the next day throughout Italy (1) (2).
Shipments within the EU are handled by express courier and are generally delivered within 48 hours (1).
In case of impossibility of shipment within the indicated time, an order confirmation will be issued with an indication of the estimated delivery time. Any delays in delivery will not, in any case, give the Customer the right to obtain price reductions, payment extensions or any kind of compensation.
The goods destined for Italy surrenders CIP(3) (Carriage and Insurance paid to) with the cost of transport and insurance charged on the invoice.
The goods destined abroad (EU and ExtraEU) shall mean returns CPT(3) (Carriage Paid To) with transport cost charged on the invoice. The responsibilities and risks of transport in this case are therefore the exclusive responsibility of the Customer, without prejudice to any possible recourse of the same against the carrier/courier.
In the event the Customer refuses to take back the products to be sold, all risks, responsibilities and charges for their preservation shall be borne exclusively by the Customer.

Prices and payment terms
The prices shown in the order confirmation are net of taxes, duties, transport costs and any other charges. Elsist reserves the right to change prices and information relating to the products displayed, without prior notice.
Any changes to the price lists shall not affect orders already confirmed by Elsist.
The first orders are always processed with payment by bank transfer in advance, cash on delivery, credit card or Paypal (only for e-commerce orders).
There are no additional charges either for cash on delivery or for payments by credit card or Paypal.
The maximum value of orders payable by credit card is limited to 1500€.
The maximum value of orders payable by cash on delivery is limited to 3000€.
In case of ongoing business relationships, and only for Customers in the Italy area, deferred payments may be agreed upon (only by Ri.Ba.) with our commercial office, after the necessary verifications and in accordance with the purchase volumes. In the case of deferred payment, however, it must be borne in mind that the same discount conditions obtainable for orders with non deferred payments cannot be applied.
The minimum order amount to obtain deferred payment is € 100 (net of VAT and incidental expenses).
Please note that the non-observance of the payment conditions (reported in our order confirmation and in all fiscal documents) causes the automatic default, at the official reference rate (ex TUS), increased by seven points, as provided for by Art. 5, paragraph 2 DLGS 9 October 2002, n. 231, plus the possible reimbursement of legal costs.
In the event of non-compliance with the terms and conditions of payment, Elsist also reserves the right to demand the balance of invoices, even if not yet due, to suspend supplies and to terminate existing contracts and/or renegotiate their conditions. We shall also be entitled to claim compensation for damages suffered.
Conditions necessary to obtain deferred payment:
- At least 3 orders within a period of 6 months for a single amount of not less than € 250 (excluding VAT and ancillary charges),
- Positive verification of business information (requires at least 1 week).
Conditions for maintaining the acquired conditions:
- At least 1 order within 1 year of an amount not less than € 250 (excluding VAT and incidental expenses),
- Positive verification of subsequent commercial information,
- No unsolved.

Customers Business (with VAT number)
In case of dissatisfaction, the Customer shall have the right to return the purchased product, within and not later than 30 days from the date of shipment. He will receive a refund of the amount spent without prejudice to any charges for reconditioning and repackaging (minimum charge €30 for each returned code), within 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned material.
Those who intend to make use of this option must request authorization to return (see Return of materials page) and, after receiving the authorization, return the product free port, intact and in its original packaging, indicating in the reason for the transport document "Returned for re-credit" and citing the reason for the dissatisfaction.
This guarantee is applicable to all products published on the site and up to a maximum amount of € 500 (Five hundred Euro); software products and options installed on standard products (PCKxxx) are never covered by this warranty. Any returns of products for higher amounts must be agreed in advance with our sales office.
This warranty does not cover ordering errors and is never applicable to products on offer and products ordered at the Customer's specific request.
Customers Consumer (without VAT number)
Customers Consumer will have the right to return the purchased products and get a full refund. (1) within 14 days of purchase. The option of withdrawal must be exercised in the same manner as for Customers Business described above (see page Return of materials) indicating as the reason for the return "Returned for re-credit". He will receive a full refund of the amount spent within 14 days of receipt of the returned material.
(1) Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code there is no right of withdrawal for:
- the provision of services, where such services have already been provided,
- the supply of goods built or supplied ad hoc for the Customer or clearly customized,
- the supply of sealed computer software that has been opened after delivery, or software licenses if already activated.
For any dispute concerning the interpretation and/or execution of the supply, the Court of Vercelli shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
As of July 2019 we have extended the warranty for most Elsist brand products from 2 years to 3 or 5 years depending on the product, with the sole exception of OEM products for which the warranty terms have remained unchanged at 2 years.

Where not indicated, the warranty period shall be one year from the date of delivery of the goods.
Repair under warranty is provided on condition that the returned products have not undergone any unauthorised processing, tampering and/or repair and that they have been installed in accordance with the Manufacturer's instructions.
No warranty is applicable to products without the original label...bearing the code and the serial number of the article.
Products under repair must be returned free port (DDP), with the return authorization form attached with the RMA number assigned by Elsist (see page Return of materials), and will be sent back in "free port" throughout Italy. Each product of our production repaired, is returned with attached a form indicating the significant data of the processing performed.
No other expense or damage (direct or indirect, present or future) can be charged to the Supplier.
Any shortage of the products shipped, must be notified by the purchaser within and no later than five days from the date of delivery.
No minimum order is required, however orders of less than or equal to 50€ net will be charged 10€ as order management.
Returns for any reason whatsoever, if not authorised and in "Free Port" (DDP(1)), will be rejected. Return requests must be made through the return procedure available on this page.
In case of return for repair/revision
Products returned for repair/revision are examined every week on Monday. Wherever possible the repair is carried out in our laboratories, otherwise, in the case of third-party products, the products are shipped to the laboratories of the respective manufacturers.
Every repaired product of our production is returned with an attached sheet containing the significant data of the work carried out.
- In case of warranty repair/replacementthe products will be returned to sender CIP(1) (Carriage and Insurance paid to) with the cost of transport borne by us throughout Italy.
- In case of out-of-warranty repair/replacement (or not covered by warranty), will be issued a final statement for the processing carried out and, subject to confirmation by the Customer, the material will be returned CIP(1) (Carriage and Insurance paid to) if intended for Italy or CPT(1) (Carriage Paid To) if destined abroad with the cost of transport (and any insurance) charged on the invoice.
Products with a list price under 30€ are never repaired.
In case of return of goods for re-credit
Returns of products for "re-credit" must always be authorized in advance and must be made no later than 30 days from the date of shipment.
In this case, the Customer will receive a refund of the amount spent without prejudice to the charges for reconditioning (typically € 30.00 for each returned code), within 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned material.
Whoever intends to make use of this option must return the product free port, intact and in its original packaging, indicating, in the reason for the transport document "Returned for re-credit". The maximum refundable amount is 500€ (Five hundred Euro).
The following products are never refundable:
- software products,
- options installed on standard products (PCKxxx, MIDxxx, DIDxxx),
- the products on offer,
- obsolete or discontinued products.
