NMEA 0183 (or more commonly NMEA) is a data communication standard used mainly in boating and GPS satellite data communication. The body that manages and develops the protocol is the National Marine Electronics Association.
This protocol is based on the principle that the source, called the talker, can only send the data (sentences) and the recipient, called the listener, can only receive them. The eNMEALib library provides a number of functions and function blocks to manage NMEA sentences, in practice you can make programs with the development LogicLab environment that act as NMEA sentence listeners.
For the cost of activating this Function Block entered in MID code, please contact our sales department.
