- Carry out dedicated training courses
- Solve application/functional problems
Our technical support packages can be used for all the above purposes.
After-sales technical support is always provided through the opening of a Service Ticket and can be carried out through:
- Phone
- Sessions of Desktop remote
The service is available in several modules:
- Lite - 1 hour support package
- Small - 2-hour support package
- Medium - 4-hour support package
The purchased service must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase, after which it expires and will not be refunded. Service packages entitle the customer to priority support that is normally fulfilled on the same day as the request or otherwise on a mutually agreed upon date.
Alternatively, if no care package has been purchased in advance, billing may be done on an end-of-month basis and charged by the minute (€1.30/min).
