Industry 4.0 gateway cMT-G0x series

Weintek's Industry 4.0 cMT-G0x series Gateways are the simplest and most cost-effective solution, available on the market, for the implementation or revamping of machines and plants with an IIoT perspective.
These devices enable the integration of any industrial protocol driver (more than 300 available) into compatible systems Industry 4.0 through OPC-UA (Compliance Certified) and MQTT protocols or through MSSQL and MYSQL database integration.

The following products are available within the cMT-G0x series:

• cMT-G01 - MQTT/OPC UA/Industry 4.0 Gateway.
  This is a gateway designed for new installations. Equipped with dual Ethernet ports and three COM ports, it can be connected to any PLC or device with a communication protocol among the more than 300 managed.
• cMT-G02 - MQTT/OPC UA/Industry 4.0 WiFi Gateway.
  Has the same functionality as the cMT-G01, but is equipped with one Wi-Fi port in place of one of the two Ethernet ports on the cMT-G01.
• cMT-G03 - Serial MQTT/OPC UA/Industry 4.0 Gateway.
  Designed for revamping pre-existing systems and especially for integrating into communication networks through RS232/RS485 serial ports.
• cMT-G04 - IIoT Gateway/Bridge with Ethernet Switch.
  Designed for revamping pre-existing systems and especially can operate as a switch for systems based on Ethernet architecture.

Remote assistance module

Through EasyAccess 2.0 remote access to the HMI is also possible and, in the passthrough, to the devices (PLC or other) connected to it (in serial or Ethernet mode) without any network configuration. The system uses a SSL secure VPN connection which allows secure exchange of data and information with minimal bandwidth usage.

Monitoring platform Weincloud

This series supports the Monitoring platform Weincloudwith which it is possible to build cloud-based monitoring dashboards and publish data from plants.
The platform is provided on a SaaS basis (Software as a Service) and has been designed with the intention of making programming simple even for less experienced users.
