Tracer 5.0 is an automatic continuous monitoring system with an Industry 4.0 and 5.0 perspective, compatible with any machinery/plant.

The system is based on a hardware architecture (Energy meter + programmable controller), installed on the Client's machinery, and a cloud platform for maintaining and historicizing the sensed data.

Appropriate software connectors enable Tracer 5.0 to send production process data read from machines in 4.0 to third-party E.R.P. and M.E.S. software and, conversely, send production scheduling data from third-party E.R.P. and M.E.S. software to machines in 4.0.

Tracer 5.0 is designed to achieve the constant and automatic monitoring of Production Resources in 4.0 and their energy consumption for the maintenance of the requirements stipulated by Law for Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0.

Read data is automatically and permanently stored both locally and in the cloud ensuring the best integrity and protection of sensitive corporate data at all times.

Through a special web portal, the End Customer and E.G.E.'s can monitor the maintenance of 4.0 and 5.0 requirements on a daily basis assisted by appropriate AI (Artificial Intelligence) type algorithms that allow constant verification and corrections of any process drifts in a timely manner.

Artificial Intelligence(AI) is employed in these software to help the Company in managing production data from Machines in 4.0 to offer the potential improvements in production effectiveness and efficiency. AI in the service of 5.0 is employed to optimize the process of monitoring energy consumption before and after the installation of new machinery in the company in 5.0 thus offering continuous monitoring for the maintenance of 5.0 requirements.
