SMART X96 series multifunction panel-mounted energy analyzers

SMART X96 series panel-mounted energy analyzers are an advanced three-phase multifunction energy monitoring solution with optional outputs such as pulse, RS485 Modbus RTU, Mbus and Ethernet TCP/IP.
The devices are engineered in standard 96*96mm DIN enclosures with IP51 protection rating and equipped with configuration and display buttons for easy navigation through parameters and settings.
Current acquisition is via amperometric transformer (1A or 5A). Metering modes are selectable via free configuration software (EEM Meter) to display kWh, total kWh, import kWh and net kWh.

The analyzers have digital inputs and outputs for counting external signals and controlling external devices. Thirty types of alarm parameters can be set.
The use of removable terminals allows easy wiring and quick installation.

SMART X96 series devices are new-generation, high-end smart meters used not only in electric transmission and power distribution systems, but also for consumption measurements. They can also be used to analyze high-voltage smart power grids.
They measure and display the characteristics of 1p2w, 3p4w, and 3p3w feeds, including voltage, frequency, current, power, and active and reactive energy, imported or exported, harmonic, power factor, maximum demand, etc.
Energy is measured in terms of kWh, kVArh and kVAh. Maximum current demand can be measured over preset periods of up to 60 minutes.

The device is available in versions:

• SMART X96-5A Single/Three Phase 1/5A CT Operated MID - RS485 Modbus RTU
• SMART X96-5E Single/Three Phase 1/5A CT Operated MID - RS485 Modbus RTU Low cost version
• SMART X96-5J Single/Three Phase 1/5A CT Operated - Ethernet Gateway.

The SMART X96-5E version has no individual harmonics, internal three-phase power supply (internally fed from L1 and N), voltage output, and cannot be used in 3p3w applications.
