Current Transformer (TA) DM series

The DM series measuring current transformer (TA) allows to reduce the line current to a secondary value of 5A compatible with the amperometric inputs of digital multimeters, protection relays and energy meters.

These devices are suitable for DIN rail mounting.

DM series measuring current transformers are class 1/0.5, without primary winding and are normally used for high primary current values (starting from 50A).
The number of passages of the primary cable does not change the precision characteristics, but reduces the value of the primary current with the same secondary current.
