The Perseus monitoring system is an advanced solution for remote control of data centers, AV installations and industrial plants. The system is engineered in rugged industrial enclosures suitable, depending on the version, for 19″ rack mounting (with the appropriate accessory) and/or DIN rail mounting.
Perseus allows the acquisition of multiple external physical sensors via 1-Wire (°C, %RH, A, V, ...), detectors (relay/clear contact) or sensitive water leak detection cable, as well as third-party meters and/or sensors via LAN or RS485 (Modbus/RTU).

Perseus xx5 versions include a built-in LTE modem that acts as an SMS gateway for itself and other connected HWg devices.
LTE backup connectivity allows the device to operate in the event of an Ethernet failure.

Perseus combines data from external physical sensors/detectors with data from other HWg devices connected via LAN. Local conditions, the Lua scripting, the calendar or the periodic scheduler help analyze the measured data.
E-mail or SNMP trap alerts can be sent from the Perseus device. Measured values are available via Open API (XML, Modbus/TCP, MQTT).
Perseus can publish data on the portal cloud SensDesk, also available in a free version (HWg-cloud), constituting a powerful solution for professional applications.
A unique feature of Perseus products is theAPI Meters. Perseus can read LAN sensor values from other devices (e.g. STE2 R2) and use this data for analysis or alerts.
