D1 series radiomodems (Ex RMO series) are devices equipped with RS232/RS485 interface fully configurable via software both locally and remotely via radio and change channel on fly directly from DTE.
OPERATING FREQUENCIES
The D1 series operates in different frequency bands with different RF powers:
- 169 MHz@500mW for free use by the European Community (D110 series),
- 400 MHz@2W falling within the frequency bands for use under government concession (D160 series)
- 436 MHz@500mW usable upon payment of a modest government fee in accordance with D.L.259/2003 (D161 series).
OPERATING MODES
Different software-programmable operating profiles allow data transmission in point-to-point, point-to-multipoint, broadcasting or address mode which, together with the digipeater function, allows the routing of the packet in areas not directly reachable on a single leg.
CONFIGURATION AND CONNECTIVITY
The D1 series units are fully configurable through software utilities.
The devices are supplied by default with serial baud rate: 9600, 8, N, 1 and configured for RS232 operation.
LOW CONSUMPTIONS
The products are characterized by low power consumption and the presence of the Power Saving function selectable and configurable via SW according to operational needs.
CONSTRUCTION
Assembled in SMT technology with industrial components they are suitable for use in critical environments.
Available with different enclosures suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.
Supplied on request with different types of antennas to optimize the signal coverage even in areas with critical radio coverage.
