We have introduced new features to the technical support procedure

When you are in the field and have a technical problem, it is stressful to have to wait for an operator to call you back or to have to open a support ticket and wait for an answer that you would like/need to have right away.
Well, we have come up with a solution to avoid all that!

Starting in May 2025, Customers who purchase our technical support packages will benefit fromautomatic priority routing of their telephone inquiries to the technical support department, without having to wait for an operator and without having to open tickets and wait for a callback.
Yes, that's right. Simply dial the dedicated after-sales technical support phone number (0142-453165 or extension 9 by calling 0142-451987) and enter your customer code on the phone keypad to be put through directly to one of our technicians (1).
