SensDesk vs. HWg-cloud
HWg SensDesk cloud portal usage policy has changed.
The portal dedicated to publishing data collected by HW group sensors SensDesk until now was available in two versions:
- SensDesk Free - Free, but with limit of 3 connectable devices per account and 90 days of data history
- SensDesk PRO - 1-year license for installation on Customer's Linux system (VM or physical machine)
SensDesk is now also available in formula SaaS (Software as a Service) for an annual fee and in three main configurations:
- 5 AlertsDevices
- 10 Logdevices
- 25 Log & Alertsdevices
For other configurations a specific offer can be requested.
This solution finally allows even those Customers who do not have the possibility to access the SensDesk PRO solution due to the high cost, to overcome the limitations of the Free version with a small expense.
The service is activated through a voucer that can be purchased from our website and can be tried free of charge for 30 days.
What happens to SensDesk Free accounts?
All SensDesk Free accounts will be terminated on February 28, 2022 (updated 11/22/2021).
Users will be able to choose between two options by that date:
- Purchase one of the paid plans from SensDesk, keeping configurations and historical data.
- Migrate your devices to the new free HWg-cloud platform, in which case data and configurations will not be migrated.
