For this reason we ask our customers to freely express their opinion both on our Company and on the products we handle.

We are aware that leaving a review is a waste of time, so we intend to compensate you with a voucher ^(*) to use for your next purchases.

(*) Where permitted by the reviews platform policy, the coupon will be emailed within 48 hours of your review and will expire three months after submission.

Company Reviews

We want the reviews left by our customers to be as impartial as possible and to be a real help to other potential customers. For this reason we have chosen to use independent review platforms over which we have no control.

Le recensioni su Google reviews NON possono essere assoggettate a premi di nessuna natura in quanto non permessi dalla loro policy.
In caso di sola “valutazione” senza commenti il valore del coupon sarà ridotto a 5€.
Reviews containing offensive or offensive terms will be subject to the publication deadlines provided by the above mentioned platforms.

Product Reviews

We want your opinions on the products we handle to be a real help in the choice of other potential customers.
For this reason product reviews are only possible from real verified buyers, no evaluations/reviews from customers who have not purchased the product are allowed.

When you review a product, whatever your rating, you will be sent a coupon which will entitle you to a discount equal to 2% of list price (con minimo 5€) del prodotto valutato e recensito^(*) on your next web order.

(*) Notes

One-off per product/customer. On a specific product only the first evaluation/review will entitle the voucher.
The voucher is applicable on a minimum order value of 100€.
In caso di sola “valutazione” senza recensione il coupon sarà ridotto al 1% (con minimo 2.5€).
Reviews containing offensive or offensive terms will not be published and will not entitle you to any discount.
