Your opinions help us to grow and improve!

For this reason we ask our customers to freely express their opinion both on our Company and on the products we handle.

We are aware that leaving a review is a waste of time, so we intend to compensate you with a voucher ^(*) to use for your next purchases.

(*) Where permitted by the reviews platform policy, the coupon will be emailed within 48 hours of your review and will expire three months after submission.

Company Reviews

We want the reviews left by our customers to be as impartial as possible and to be a real help to other potential customers. For this reason we have chosen to use independent review platforms over which we have no control.

You can leave reviews about our Company on three separate platforms:

Upon review, regardless of your judgment, you will be sent an coupon which will entitle you to one 15€ discount^(*) on your next web order.

Una Tantum applicable on a minimum order value of 100€.
Reviews on Google reviews can NOT be subject to prizes of any kind as they are not allowed by their policy.
In case of only "valuation" without comments the value of the coupon will be reduced to 5€.
Reviews containing offensive or offensive terms will be subject to the publication deadlines provided by the above mentioned platforms.

Product Reviews

We want your opinions on the products we handle to be a real help in the choice of other potential customers.
For this reason product reviews are only possible from real verified buyers, no evaluations/reviews from customers who have not purchased the product are allowed.

When you review a product, whatever your rating, you will be sent a coupon which will entitle you to a discount equal to 2% of list price of the evaluated and reviewed product^(*) on your next web order.

(*) Notes

One-off per product/customer. On a specific product only the first evaluation/review will entitle the voucher.
The voucher is applicable on a minimum order value of 100€.
In case of only "evaluation" without review the coupon will be reduced to 1%.
Reviews containing offensive or offensive terms will not be published and will not entitle you to any discount.
