La serie cMT-3000X di Weintek è una piattaforma HMI che scardina il concetto tradizionale di interfaccia operatore, abbattendo ogni confine verso la compatibilità con qualsiasi sistema operativo e semplificando drasticamente il processo di integrazione delle macchine con il mondo IIOT nel rispetto delle tecnologie abilitanti per l’Industria 4.0.

The devices of the cMT series are therefore HMI, Gateway, Data Loggers and, with the help of EasyAccess 2.0 software, integrated remote assistance systems.

The project is always written with the powerful free tool EasyBuilder PRO, and transferred to the device as a normal operator panel.

Remote assistance module

Through EasyAccess 2.0 remote access to the HMI is also possible and, in the passthrough, to the devices (PLC or other) connected to it (in serial or Ethernet mode) without any network configuration.

Cloud monitoring platform Weincloud

This series supports the Monitoring platform Weincloudwith which it is possible to build cloud-based monitoring dashboards and publish data from plants.
The platform is provided on a SaaS basis (Software as a Service) and has been designed with the intention of making programming simple even for less experienced users.

PLC Codesys integrated with remote I/O modules

I pannelli serie cMT possono integrare la funzionalità PLC basata su CODESYS (1)(Opzione), il più diffuso tool di sviluppo applicazioni conforme allo standard IEC61131-3.

Grazie all’architettura hardware dual core le funzioni HMI e PLC sono indipendenti, al fine di garantire le massime prestazioni di calcolo per qualsiasi processo, con un tempo istruzione (LD) di soli 10ns, al livello dei migliori PLC di fascia medio/alta.

L’offerta integrata HMI+PLC è completata da una gamma di moduli di comunicazione, progettati e costruiti da Weintek, operanti con connessione CANOpen o Ethernet e di moduli di I/O digitali e analogici.
