Weintek's cMT-3000X series is the new HMI platform that breaks down the traditional concept of operator interface, breaking down all boundaries towards compatibility with any operating system and drastically simplifying the process of integrating machines with the IIOT world in compliance with the enabling technologies for Industry 4.0.

The cMT range is based on HMI solutions Client/Serverwith or without the presence of a local display, perfectly interfaceable with devices ClientThe system is designed by third parties, operating in the Windows/IOS/Android environment for the realization of systems of medium and high complexity that provide different simultaneous access points (fixed or mobile) to the plant, or to the single machine, and are able to manage the integration of these, with the supervision and management systems, ERP and MES, through interface protocols recognized as MQTT and OPC-UA.

The devices of the cMT series are therefore HMI, Gateway, Data Loggers and, with the help of EasyAccess 2.0 software, integrated remote assistance systems.

The project is always written with the powerful free tool EasyBuilder PRO, and transferred to the device as a normal operator panel.

Remote assistance module

Through EasyAccess 2.0 remote access to the HMI is also possible and, in the passthrough, to the devices (PLC or other) connected to it (in serial or Ethernet mode) without any network configuration. The system uses a SSL secure VPN connection which allows secure exchange of data and information with minimal bandwidth usage.
The remote assistance function, where an internet connection is not possible, is possible through the use of a cellular router or a 3G/4G USB dongleThese are directly supported by cMT devices.

Cloud monitoring platform Weincloud

This series supports the Monitoring platform Weincloudwith which it is possible to build cloud-based monitoring dashboards and publish data from plants.
The platform is provided on a SaaS basis (Software as a Service) and has been designed with the intention of making programming simple even for less experienced users.

PLC Codesys integrated with remote I/O modules

The cMT series panels can integrate PLC functionality based on CODESYS ( 1)(Option), the most popular IEC61131-3 compliant application development tool.
Thanks to the dual-core hardware architecture, the HMI and PLC functions are independent in order to ensure the highest computational performance for any process, with an instruction time (LD) of only 10ns, at the level of the best mid/high-end PLCs.
The integrated HMI+PLC offering is complemented by a range of communication modules, designed and built by Weintek, operating with CANOpen or Ethernet connection and digital and analog I/O modules.
