Weintek Product Updates
Weintek has announced a number of important new features and updates, to the current product range, which will gradually come to fruition in the coming months.
New operator panel MT8072iP
This is a functional update of the established MT8071iP. The new model maintains full compatibility with the code MT8071iP, but introduces some important new features in terms of CPU power, available memory, operating temperature, and reduced power consumption.
The MT8072IP is already in stock and can be supplied as a replacement for the MT8071IP part number, at no additional cost to Customers.
New CMT3108XP operator panel
This is a new 10.1″ wide format operator panel with capacitive touch screen.
This new HMI is based on the top-of-the-line cMT3108XH model, with a high-definition screen, but replacing the traditional resistive touch screen, with a new capacitive multitouch panel, able to take full advantage of the most advanced touch-gesture features offered by the EB-PRO application.
New CMT2128X operator panel
The new model cMT2128X finally completes the proposal of the cMT-X range, with a 12″ display in 4:3 aspect ratio, 1024×768 resolution, to date unavailable in the Weintek cMT line up of solutions.
The CMT2128X is based on the cMT2008X architecture and offers high computing power (Quad Core 1.6GHz processor, 4GB Flash/1GB RAM), extended operating temperature and excellent display viewing angle, combined with a particularly competitive price.
EOL (End Of Life) Products
In the process of continuously updating its product range, Weintek recently announced the upcoming production stop for some HMIs that have been on the market for several years now.
- MT8121XE3 Production Termination.
MT8121XE3, an operator terminal with a 12.1″ 4:3 format display, may be replaced by the new cMT2128X, which will retain identical overall and built-in dimensions while offering significantly higher performance and all the advantages of the cMT-X platform.
- MT8102IEU production termination
To replace the MT8102IEU, the product indicated is the cMT2108X2, the 10.1″ wide terminal of the "intermediate" cMT2008X range, long known and appreciated by Italian customers thanks to itsexcellent value for money and the possibility of also implementing WiFi functionality through the optional M02 module.
