PowerBeam M 2.4/5GHz

The PowerBeam™ is a high-performance AirMax® Bridge with a uniform width radiation band to maximize noise immunity, an innovative mechanical design and a high-speed processor for superior performance.

Since the first generation of NanoBridge®, Ubiquiti Networks™ has paved the way for all-in-one design for an AirMax® product that works like a CPE (Customer Premises Equipment). Now Ubiquiti Networks launches the latest generation of CPE, the PowerBeam™.

Improved immunity to noise
The PowerBeam directs RF energy over a narrow beam width. By focusing in one direction, the PowerBeam blocks or spatially filters out noise, thereby improving immunity. This feature is especially important when devices need to operate in an area crowded with other RF signals of the same or similar frequency.

Integrated design
Ubiquiti's InnerFeed™ technology integrates the radio in the feedhorn of the antenna, eliminating the need for the cable. This improves performance because it eliminates losses. High performance and innovative, low-cost mechanical design, the PowerBeam is extremely versatile and affordable to implement.

AirMax Technology
Unlike standard Wi-Fi protocol, the AirMax protocol's Ubiquiti Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) allows each client to send and receive data using pre-set time slots programmed by an intelligent AP controller.
This time-slot method eliminates hidden node collisions and maximizes radio space efficiency. It provides significant performance improvements in latency, speed and scalability over all other external systems in its class.

Smart QoS. Priority is given to voice/video for uninterrupted streaming.
High capacity and scalability.
Capable of high speed over long distances, carrier-class connections.

The product is available in several versions:

• PBE-M5-620 - 5GHz 29dBi disc 620mm.
• PBE-M5-400 - 5GHz 25dBi disc 400mm.
• PBE-M5-300 - 5GHz 22dBi disc 300mm.
• PBE-M2-400 - 2.4GHz 18dBi disc 400mm.

The output power is adjustable to match the regulations of different countries.
