The series XE represents the range highest performing touch screen terminals produced by Weintek Labs.
All devices in this family are equipped with 4/3 TFT displays from 9.7″ to 15″ high resolution (1024×768) LED backlit and wide viewing angle, and powerful Cortex A8 1GHz microprocessors. They are suitable for the management of very complex projects.
The surface coating treatment of the printed circuit boards with which they are equipped allows a better resistance to difficult environmental conditions.
ATEX certified versions are available for use in hazardous environments.

Programming
All devices in this family are programmable through the powerful development tool EasyBuilderPro.
EasyBuilder PRO is a totally free development environment, specially designed to take full advantage of the features of Weintek devices.
The editor offers advanced features (to be verified if supported by the physical device), including:
- Advanced user account support (up to 14 access levels and 128 user accounts,
- Temporary user account management via USB Security Key,
- User-level Macro Library,
- EasyWatch function to help the user in remote monitoring and debugging,
- E-mail notification function,
- Recipe objects in database format for easier control, search and management of information,
- More than 250 drivers available to ensure easy connection to PLCs, temperature controllers, barcode readers, etc.
The software also allows the complete PC emulation of the application created. This allows you to test the full functionality in PC emulation without having to physically dispose of the device. The drivers are available for all the most common PLCs on the market, including Siemens MPI.
Remote assistance module
Through EasyAccess 2.0 it is also possible to remotely access the HMI and, in passthrough mode, the devices (PLC or other) connected to it (in serial or Ethernet mode) without any network configuration. The system uses an SSL protected VPN connection that allows a secure exchange of data and information with minimum bandwidth use.
The remote assistance function, where internet connection is not possible, is possible through the use of cellular router or 3G/4G USB dongle, the latter directly supported by cMT devices.

To connect the terminals with the modules of the Netsyst e SlimLine using the RS232 port, we recommend the use of the adapters and cables CBL054*000 and CBL057**00.
The terminals are compatible with NEMA-4 and IP65/66 (front) specifications and are designed to be mounted in a cut-out on your panel. No screws or other mounting holes are required, everything is included in the order code.
The integrated VNC server allows you to interact with the terminal at any time and in any place, through the network environment from any PC, tablet or mobile phone equipped with VNC client.
