OPC-UA License for Weintek Devices

With this option, OPC-UA (Client + server) functionality can be enabled on cMT-SVR-xxx and cMT-FHD(X) devices.
Regarding the applicability of the license, please refer to the table "Appendix of Software Features," item "OPC UA Server" -> "License"
The license is perpetual and is activated by code sent by email.
