ST485x converters allow the conversion of signals coming from temperature sensitive resistive elements Pt1000/3850 into an RS485 serial bus with different communication protocols.
These converters can be used in any control system equipped with RS485 interface with compatible protocol.

The standard measuring range is -50 to +150 °C. The communication port is protected against overvoltage. All settings are saved in the EEPROM memory.
The electronic module is equipped with a watchdog circuit, which safeguards the functionality of the microprocessor. The easy mounting of the Converters is guaranteed by the unique "S head" design invented by Sensit.
The converters are designed to operate in a chemically non-aggressive environment.
The converters are available in the basic variant:

  • ST485C - with the command structure corresponds to the Modbus RTU communication protocol
